LIDS Staging Shelter

Wel-Fab, Inc has developed a new Lightweight Inflatable Staging Shelters, PN/SKU’S: WFI-LIDS-SS-T for use at deployable Contamination Control Areas (CCA) supporting Emergency Response personnel.

The Lightweight Inflatable Staging Shelter PN/SKU’S: WFI-LIDS-SS-T consist of two lightweight inflatable shelters which are 10’ x 10’ x 8’ size, with fully enclosed canopies. These shelters are joined together with quick disconnect snaps to form a 10’ x 20’ x 8’ shelter once inflated with the blower/vacuum system in approximately 60 seconds. Additional shelters can be added if larger structures are needed.

The Staging Shelter can be fully enclosed on all four sides and the Environmental Control Unit (ECU) Heating/Cooling Integration Chute can be used to control the temperature within the shelter.

Shelter sides or ends can be rolled up to allow air flow into the shelter based on the wind direction, as required. This shelter significantly reduces exposure of personnel to high heat conditions (direct sunlight), rain, and high winds.
